I spent the entire day at the dealership (2 separate trips) and was told I received several updates that didn't work. I took the day off of work on Monday to deal with the issue. It bounces from station to station, to the clock, to reprogramming, to 'This function is not available while the vehicle is in motion'. It also kept highlighting the clock and asking if I wanted to adjust clock settings, again without prompting from me. Radio stations switched by themselves, then began reprogramming the preset stations.all without any guidance from me. By Sunday afternoon, nothing was functioning properly. I drove my brand new 2018 Grand Cherokee off the lot at about 6:00 this past Saturday night (2/3/18).
